There are currently three components to the ART Program

- ARTtours for those ages 12-25: Group trips to explore creativity, culture and connect with others
- ARTpass for those aged 16-25: Free tickets to creative and cultural events across North-East Victoria
The 3rd Annual Yack Winter Ball - what's it about?
Keep warm at the Yack Winter Disco Ball on Friday1 August 5:30-11pm.
A fun filled, community event that includes dance competitions with prizes, kids activities, food and drinks to purchase and of course the very best music to bust a move to! Featuring DJ's such as DJ Jane Doe and many more!
What is the Indigo Shire Youth team offering?
Transport to and from the event PLUS a free ticket.
We want to ensure young people can access creative and community events across our shire and we know that transport is a barrier for many. So we're busting the barrier and providing transport to get you there - and home, safely. While we're busting barriers, we thought we'd pay for the ticket cost too!
Transport will be arranged based on those interested in the event, so pick up times and locations will be advised in the days prior to the event.
IMPORTANT: Supervision is NOT provided at this event. Members of the youth team, with current Working with Children's Checks will be providing transport and available at the event should young people require any support, but will not be actively supervising. We are offering transport ONLY.
What happened?
Five young people were supported with free transport and tickets to this awesome community event. A great opportunity to connect with peers and the wider community. A great night of dancing was had!
