Street lights are owned and maintained by AusNet Services.
To report a faulty streetlight please select ‘Streetlight fault’ in the drop-down menu on the AusNet Services Contact page or contact 131 799 (select option 4). You will need to include the pole number, which can be found on the streetlight.
If you would like to request a street light removed or relocated, or you think a streetlight is too bright or not bright enough, please contact us.
