ARTpass: Free tickets program

Inspiring young people aged 16-25 to explore creative & cultural activities in North-East Victoria. 

How does it work?

ARTpass is your free ticket to North-East creative and cultural events. A theatre performance, photography exhibition, film screening… the options in our region are endless, and we want you to check them out!

  • One free ticket is available to any young person aged 16-25 who lives in Indigo Shire
  • Tickets up to $50 will be funded
  • Events must be held within North-East Victoria
  • Transport and supervision is NOT provided.
  • Events must align with Indigo Shire Youth values (cannot promote drugs, alcohol, vaping or anti-social behaviours)
  • Events must be of a creative/cultural nature (audio visual, performance, art, cultural etc sporting events are not included)
  • The Indigo Shire Youth team reserve the right to decide on the suitability of events and their alignment to the program objectives
  • Complete the form below to confirm your eligibility and nominate the event you’d like to attend. We will purchase the ticket on your behalf and send it to you

How do I access my free ARTpass?

Simply complete the request form and our youth team will get back to you as soon as possible. 

Once we've received your request we will:

1. If you're under 18, contact your parent/carer to confirm their consent
2. Purchase the ticket using the details you provided on the form
3. Email you to confirm ticket purchase and ensure you have received your ticket
4. Keep in touch to ensure you have a great time at the event, we look forward to hearing about it

  • Increase the awareness and accessibility of creative and cultural events for young people in our community
  • Encourage young people to explore new creative and cultural opportunities
  • Enhance health, wellbeing, and resilience through artistic engagement
  • Foster creativity, collaboration, and confidence in young people
  • Inspire young people to engage with or contribute to future youth-led programs that build and celebrate their skills in creative and cultural activities

ARTpass is presented by Indigo Shire Council and funded by the Victorian Government Amplify program.
