Community Satisfaction Survey

We are committed to constantly improving the services we provide to the community, and value feedback to help set us on the right path.

One way Indigo Shire Council collects feedback is through the annual Community Satisfaction Survey. The survey is coordinated by the Department of Jobs, Precincts and Regions on behalf of Victorian Councils.

They survey provides insight into the community’s views on:

  • Council’s overall performance, with benchmarking against State-wide and small rural council group results
  • Value for money in services and infrastructure
  • Community consultation and engagement
  • Decisions made in the interest of the community
  • Customer service, local infrastructure, facilities, services
  • Overall council direction.
