Come together for a day celebrating what connects us all - our care and wonder for the natural world!
Roots & Branches invites the whole community to explore, create, and celebrate at Beechworth Town Hall Gardens. Discover the stories hidden in the landscape around us, get hands-on with collaborative nature art, learn about the significant trees that have witnessed generations of our community, and connect with neighbours who share your passion for environmental stewardship.
From storytelling under the trees to creating beautiful artworks together, from discovering the hidden history of our gardens to conversations about caring for our environment - this free celebration offers something for everyone. Whether you're bringing young children just beginning to grow their connection to nature, looking to branch out with new environmental ideas and action - from roots to branches, everyone belongs here.
Throughout the day, enjoy food and refreshments while moving between indoor and outdoor activities at your own pace. Come for an hour or stay all day - the choice is yours!
