Welcome to Beechworth Heritage, the operating name of Beechworth History and Heritage Society. Ours is an incorporated not-for-profit community organisation.
We work for the public benefit on the Country of the Dhudhuroa Waywurru people to advance interpretation and knowledge of the cultural heritage and history of Baarmutha, Beechworth, Hurdle Creek, Murmungee, Silver Creek, Stanley, Woolshed and Wooragee: communities in postcode district 3747.
