Arts Yackandandah

Arts Yackandandah is a volunteer organisation which aims to provide a range of visual and performing arts experiences to the community of Yackandandah and surrounding districts.

Arts Yackandandah is an umbrella organisation for a number of community groups that operate in the town. These include:

• A Community Choir that performs annually at the Yackandandah Folk Festival.
• A Theatre Group that stages performances throughout the year.
• Uke-n-dandah, a ukulele group that meets weekly on a Monday afternoon.
• A Writer's Group that meets monthly.
• Flickside - a free movie night for Arts Yackandandah Members.
• SongShed - An intermediate (auditioned) Choir that runs for 3 or 4 terms a year.
• Arts Yackandandah also supports the staging of music acts including The MCO, and any other event the committee feels enhances the creative and artistic qualities of our community.
