Community Satisfaction Survey
We are committed to constantly improving the services we provide to the community, and value feedback to help set us on the right path.
One way Indigo Shire Council collects feedback is through the annual Community Satisfaction Survey. The survey is conducted by the Department of Environment, Land, Water and Planning on behalf of participating Councils. A minimum of 400 local residents and ratepayers in each municipality over 18 years of age are selected at random and asked questions over the phone regarding:
- Council's overall performance
- Community consultation and engagement
- Advocacy – lobbying on behalf of the community
- Customer service
- Overall Council direction
2020 Community Satisfaction Survey
From 24 February 2020, for a period of up to three weeks, your household may receive a call from an independent market research agency, National Field Services. They have been commissioned to conduct a community satisfaction survey on behalf of Indigo Shire Council. Similar surveys will be undertaken across Victorian councils in the coming months.
The survey has been designed to assess the performance of Indigo Shire Council across a range of measures to identify ways to provide improvement or more effective service delivery to residents.
We appreciate you taking the time to assist us with your valuable feedback. Please be assured that your details and individual responses are confidential.
If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
