Community Satisfaction Survey
We are committed to constantly improving the services we provide to the community, and value feedback to help set us on the right path.
One way Indigo Shire Council collects feedback is through the annual Community Satisfaction Survey. The survey is conducted by the Department of Environment, Land, Water and Planning on behalf of participating Councils. A minimum of 400 local residents and ratepayers in each municipality over 18 years of age are selected at random and asked questions over the phone regarding:
- Council's overall performance
- community consultation and engagement
- advocacy – lobbying on behalf of the community
- customer service
- overall Council direction
