Inspiring young people aged 16-25 to explore creative & cultural activities in North-East Victoria.

How it worked

ARTpass provided free tickets to North-East creative and cultural events.

• One free ticket is available to any young person aged 16-25 who lives in Indigo Shire
• Tickets up to $50 were funded
• Events had to be held within North-East Victoria
• Transport and supervision was NOT provided.
• Events aligned with Indigo Shire Youth values (cannot promote drugs, alcohol, vaping or anti-social behaviours)
• Events had to be of a creative/cultural nature (audio visual, performance, art, cultural etc sporting events are not included)

Program Aims

• Increase the awareness and accessibility of creative and cultural events for young people in our community
• Encourage young people to explore new creative and cultural opportunities
• Enhance health, wellbeing, and resilience through artistic engagement
• Foster creativity, collaboration, and confidence in young people
• Inspire young people to engage with or contribute to future youth-led programs that build and celebrate their skills in creative and cultural activities

ARTpass was presented by Indigo Shire Council and funded by the Victorian Government Amplify program.
