Free First Aid Training to enable young people to build practical skills to use in their community
Indigo Shire Council has been supporting young people aged 14-25 access First Aid qualifications since 2022.
In consultation with Youth Advisory Group, we identified the need for young people to access free or low-cost training whenever they can make it work. For this reason, we decided to host youth specific sessions as well as provide free places for training delivered at any Neighbourhood House in Indigo Shire.
Monday 19th and Tuesday 20th January 2026, 10 am to 3 pm, at the Yackandandah Golf Club (attendance on both days is required). Lunch included.
