The Indigo Community Access Committee (ICAC) has been established to provide advice to Council on a range of issues relating to disability; including access, equity, justice and community awareness. 

ICAC is made up of up to eight community members and Council staff from across the Shire who are passionate about access and equity. People living with a disability and carers are actively encouraged to join the committee.

The Committee provides input at a strategic level on plans, policies and strategies as well as infrastructure projects and the built environment. ICAC ensures that the voices of those with insights and experience inform Council planning decisions to make Indigo Shire an accessible community for all.

Committee Meetings

Meetings are held every six weeks and the Committee determines the meeting locations in advance. Meetings are open to the public - to attend a Teams meeting, please click on the below link and enter the meeting ID and password.
