New Parent Group

As part of our Maternal and Child Health Service, we hold a number of new parent group sessions to help new parents adjust to parenthood.

Our next new parent group sessions will be held in Rutherglen during April and May 2026.

Session Two - Wednesday 22 April - Perinatal Emotional Health (AWH)  

Session Three - Wednesday 29 April - Sleep and Settling (Indigo MCHN)

Session Four - Wednesday 6 May - Early Fire Safety, Emergency Plans (CFA)

Session Five - Wednesday 20 May - Introduction of Solids (Indigo MCHN)

Session Six - Wednesday 27 May - The Importance of Reading (Indigo Shire Librarian)
