New Parent Group

As part of our Maternal and Child Health Service, we hold a number of new parent group sessions to help new parents adjust to parenthood.

Our next new parent group sessions will be held in Beechworth during January and February 2026.

Session One - Wednesday 14 January - Welcome with MCH Nurse (Indigo MCH)

Session Two - Wednesday 21 January - Sleep and Settling (Indigo MCH)

Session Three - Wednesday 28 January - Perinatal Emotional Health (AWH)

Session Four - Wednesday 4 February - Early Fire Safety, Emergency Plans (CFA)

Session Five - Wednesday 11 February - Introduction of Solids (Indigo MCH)

Session Six - Wednesday 18 February - The Importance of Reading (Indigo Shire Librarian)
