New Parent Group

As part of our Maternal and Child Health Service, we hold a number of new parent group sessions to help new parents adjust to parenthood.

Our next new parent group sessions will be held in Chiltern during September and October 2026.

Session Two - Wednesday 23 September - Sleep & settling (Indigo MCHN)  

Session Three - Wednesday 30 September - Home fire safety, emergency plans (CFA)

Session Four - Wednesday 7 October - Perinatal emotional health (AWH)

Session Five - Wednesday 14 October - The Importance of Reading (Indigo Shire Librarian)

Session Six - Wednesday 21 October - Introduction of solids (Indigo MCHN)
