Notice is hereby given that Indigo Shire Council intends to enter into a Crown Licence with Still Water Saunas Pty Ltd in accordance with Planning Permit PP23-0127 with the following terms:

  • A 10-year term to run concurrently with the Planning Permit
  • An Annual Licence Fee of $13,000.00 excluding GST
  • The Lessee complies with Planning Permit PP23-0127 at all times

The licence agreement will take effect from 2 September, 2024.
