Join us for a warm winter talk with author Stephen Whiteside and discover the remarkable life of Pearl Bradshaw who, with her husband, Jim, managed the Hotham Heights Chalet from 1937 – 45. This period included the 1939 bushfire, which burnt almost two million hectares of the state of Victoria and the Second World War. Discover more about this captivating chapter in our region’s Alpine history.
