Our Asset Management Policy sets out our commitment to manage and care for our assets in a sustainable way, and to meet the service and infrastructure needs of the community.   

The broad objective of our Asset Management Strategy(PDF, 2MB) is to set-up a process that will facilitate the sustainable management of our infrastructure assets. The strategy is reviewed annually by our Asset Management Steering Group. 

To undertake strategic asset maintenance and renewal, we have developed and adopted asset management plans for buildings, bridges, roads, pathways and drainage.
