Maternal Child Health Nurse, Sarah will provide information and guidance at the developmental stages on:
- Typical sleep patterns and behaviours
- How to prevent sleep concerns through attachment, suitable sleep routines and environments
- Solutions and strategies to address sleep concerns, for babies over six months,
- Self-care and support for parents.
Three sessions will be held suitable for parents of children aged:
Session One - 9.30am till 11am - 18 months to 2 Years,
Session Two – 11.30am till 1pm - 6 to 8 months,
Session Three – 2.30pm till 4pm - 0 to 3 months.
These sessions will be delivered by Maternal Child Health nurse, Sarah de Wit and Bron from the Queen Elizabeth Centre.
