This position with the Indigo Shire Council is created using funding under the Working for Victoria (W4V) Project Fund established by the Victorian State Government. The Fund is designed to help Victorian workers who have been affected during the COVID19 Pandemic to find new opportunities in critical roles supporting the community. The position only exists if it is supported by this Fund.
We are looking for an effective and efficient Administration person to support the Infrastructure Services Team. This is a 6 month role.
Key responsibilities include a variety of administration and technical tasks such as scanning and cataloguing old plans; inspections to collect tree information; asset management data; plant and fleet data; waste and energy data entry and basic analysis; reconciliation of waste service number records across multiple systems; and review of geographic information system data.
