We are looking for an enthusiastic and efficient Records Officer to join our Community & Economic Development Team in this Part-time (56 hours per fortnight), fixed term position (expires February 2021). You will assist the the Senior Records Officer in the maintenance of Council's Records Management System (TRIM). You will provide complete confidentiality & privacy of records across all Council Departments.
The successful applicant will provide efficient and effective customer service and will have knowledge and understanding of a Records Department. You will have excellent computer skills in a wide range of Microsoft packages, with experience using computerized database records management and electronic document systems an advantage.
