This position with the Indigo Shire Council is created using funding under the Working for Victoria (W4V) Project Fund established by the Victorian State Government. The Fund is designed to help Victorian workers who have been affected during the COVID19 Pandemic to find new opportunities in critical roles supporting the community. The position only exists if it is supported by this Fund.
We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate People & Culture Project Officer to provide high level administration assistance to the People & Governance Team in this 6 Month, full time opportunity. This is primarily supporting the HR & OHS function across the full lifecycle of employment of staff under the Working For Victoria Fund, including; recruitment, onboarding, training, workcover/return to work, off boarding and reporting. The successful applicant will have a demonstrated capacity to effectively communicate, promote and uphold HR initiatives and values, including discretion and confidentiality.
