Our vision
Indigo Shire libraries are a vital part of everyday life. They are catalysts for creativity, discovery and community connection. Our libraries empower our communities through equitable access to resources, services and information. Indigo Shire libraries are welcoming places where everyone belongs.

The following priorities have been developed to respond to the challenges, vision and principles contained in the strategy:
Places and Spaces with actions to create welcoming and inclusive spaces.
People at the Heart with actions to ensure servicing the community’s needs are at the centre of programs and service development.
