Starting from 2 February, for a period of up to three weeks, Indigo Shire households may receive a call from an independent market research agency, National Field Services.
They have been commissioned by Local Government Victoria to conduct the Community Satisfaction Survey on our behalf. Similar surveys will be undertaken across Victorian councils in the coming months.
The survey has been designed to assess the performance of Indigo Shire Council across a range of services to identify ways to provide improvement or more effective service delivery to residents.
The survey will involve a number interviews conducted among a representative sample of residents.
