What's On

1. Time for Spring plans and projects

Leo Tolstoy says that Spring is the time of plans and projects. If the warm weather has inspired you to get your hands dirty or try something new, we have some fantastic books in our collection to help you.

From making pizza to black smithing, take a look at the great titles below - all available at our libraries.  Order through the online catalogue or call us with your request. Happy planning!

2. Grab and Go Storytime Sessions

While our Storytime programing sessions in the Library are on hold, we have been hard at work making it possible for you to have Storytime at home each week!

Each week we choose a story from Storybox Library – our online Storytime resource.  We then make up a craft bag which you can pick up (or get delivered through the Book Valet Service) so you have everything you need to do a craft activity related to the story at home.

To find out what our Book of the Week is visit our Facebook Page or ask at your local library branch.

3. Christmas Storytime

It's time to be Merry! We are very excited to invite you to a very special Christmas storytime to be held outside the libraries in the gardens.  We'll celebrate the start of the festive season with Christmas stories, songs, rhymes and craft.

We will be following current COVID guidelines which means that places will be limited to those who have made a booking.  Book your preferred session below!
