We are currently experiencing significant delays in processing applications, delivering planning decisions and investigating planning complaints from our community.
Community Forums are open to all members of the public.
Forums provide an opportunity for members of the community to meet face-to-face with Councillors and senior staff to discuss issues of interest or concern.
They also allow Council officers to present on projects and services so that the community can be better informed of issues that impact and interest them.
The format is semi-structured. Council will provide updates on current projects before moving to discussion tables where participants can raise any specific issues or share their ideas and aspirations for their community.
Following the forum, we’ll provide a summary of the topics discussed and issues raised and publish them on this page.
If you are planning on attending a Community Forum, we'd like to know if there are any specific topics/ideas you would like to see presented or discussed. Use the online form below the list of forum dates to suggest a topic, or if you have questions, let us know what they are so that we can prepare our responses or have a subject matter expert on hand to discuss further.
