Under the Privacy Act, any personal information disclosed to the Indigo Shire Council for the purpose of management of rateable properties and production of municipal voters rolls, cannot be used for any other purpose.  This information will be used solely by Council for that primary purpose or directly related purpose and will not be disclosed to any other party except under legislative requirements.
