Indigo Shire Council provides a free sharps disposal service.
Council provides a free sharps disposal service for those in the community who need to dispose of sharps such as needles and syringes. Approved sharps containers must only be used. These sharps containers are available from our Beechworth, Rutherglen and Yackandandah offices. When full they can be dropped off to the same offices for safe disposal.
