It is an offence for any person to urge a dog to run at, worry, bite, attack or chase any person or animal.  It is also an offence where a dog of its own volition rushes at, worries, bites, attacks or chases any person, animal or horse and rider.  Dogs which wander at large are subject to impoundment and their owners to prosecution.

Any person who is attacked or whose animlas are attacked by dogs, should contact the Ranger so that action can be taken, a repeat of the occurence prevented and the community is kept safe.

Please call our Ranger on (02) 6028 1100 or on mobile 0407 201 002.
