Powerline replacement fund

The powerline replacement fund helps provide safer electricity infrastructure in areas of highest bushfire risk.

The $200 million State Government fund is administered by the Department of Environment, Land, Water and Planning. It is directed at replacing both high voltage and private overhead electric lines in highest priority local government areas, which includes Indigo Shire.
