Building on our Region's Strengths

The process of collecting community feedback continues with the 2017 Ovens Murray Regional Assembly in Wodonga on Thursday 27 July.

The Ovens Murray Regional Partnership Chair, Irene Grant, said the Assembly delivered key recommendations for the region directly to the State Government.

"Ministers and their advisors will be well represented at the Assembly, which promises to be a stimulating and interesting evening," Ms Grant said.

"In a rapidly changing world we can’t expect good results from just applying old solutions, so we need to constantly identify opportunities and find new ways to build on our strengths.

"We look forward to hearing your ideas – please join the conversation!"

Visit the Ovens Murray Engage website to find out about the Ovens Murray Regional Partnership, join the online conversation, and register your interest in attending the Regional Assembly.

If you can't attend the Assembly, Ovens Murray Regional Partnership members might be able to attend your community gatherings or meetings, and will also hold smaller targeted engagements after the Regional Assembly.

Indigo Shire belongs to a large and diverse Ovens Murray region, which features:
