Kiewa-Tangambalanga Placemaking and Structure Plan

Shaping the Future

Thank you to everyone who has participated in the development of the Kiewa-Tangambalanga Placemaking Plan - Shape the Future so far. From more than 350 responses during the engagement period, the community has identified six priority themes:

  • Improved access to the river
  • Main street upgrades
  • Upgrade pedestrian and cycling infrastructure
  • Public transport
  • Health and community services and facilities
  • Business and retail

Prototyping Workshop

Now for the fun part! Through a process called prototyping, CoDesign Studio, Indigo Shire Council and the community will bring one of these projects to life.

This means we can test an idea to see if it works and brings benefits to the community. We are looking for participants to jump on board and help identify which project we will test and then help to implement it.

Join us to start brainstorming 6pm-8pm on Tuesday 1 May at the Tangambalanga Community Centre, Coulston Park.

Light refreshments provided. RSVP to karen.gardner@indigoshire.vic.gov.au to assist with catering.
