Council seeks your comment on a range of draft documents to help shape Indigo Shire. Please let us know your thoughts on the draft documents listed below. Draft documents can also be viewed at Council Customer Service Centres in Beechworth, Yackandandah, Chiltern and Rutherglen.

Documents for public comment
The Indigo Shire Council, at a Special Council Meeting on Tuesday, 7 May 2013 presented a draft Budget for the financial year commencing 1 July 2013 and ending 30 June 2014.
The brief for this study; the development of a sustainable Chiltern Mount Pilot National Park Discovery Centre and/or an alternative experience or experiences, is a proposal encompassing both the township of Chiltern and the surrounding National Park.
This strategy sets the future agenda for tourism in Indigo Shire over the next five years. It was developed from a workshopattended by a wide range of Indigo Shire tourism stakeholders and regional tourism leaders. It was further refined by the IndigoEconomic Development & Tourism Advisory Committee over the course of several meetings.
Should funding become available, the attached plans will form the basis of a multi-purpose building and tennis shelter.Council welcomes public comment from interested community members.
