Join our team of volunteers

Council is seeking motivated and reliable people to join the Beechworth Historic Precinct's enthusiastic team of volunteers. Volunteers will assist in the key aspects of the Precinct's daily operations, supporting staff in the Burke Museum, the historic Courthouse and the Telegraph Station.

  • Meet and greet visitors -- make new friends
  • Expand your network of friends and like-minded people
  • Quarterly training, information sessions in the Burke Museum and Ned Kelly Vault.
  • Join in our team building events and bus trips
  • Volunteer just shift a month or as much as you would like
