FREE household hard waste & furniture disposal
THE COLLECTION DATES FOR 2014 ARE TO BE CONFIRMED.
This is a free service to Indigo Shire ratepayers and will take place at the listed sites. Residents will be required to deliver their Hard Waste to these sites (no kerbside pickup will be provided). Items are required to be sorted and separated at the site, as instructed by staff. Non acceptable items will be rejected by the site supervisor.

This service is for large bulky items that cannot be disposed of through your domestic kerbside collection. You will be charged for domestic waste that is delivered to the Beechworth and Rutherglen Transfer Stations. Residents are advised that white goods, scrap metal, car bodies and sump oil can be disposed of FREE OF CHARGE at any time during the year at the Rutherglen and Beechworth Transfer Stations during normal opening hours.
Televisions and other E-Waste products can be disposed of at the Rutherglen and Beechworth Transfer Stations.
