Community grants
Indigo Shire Council’s 2013/2014 Community Grants Program
Applications are now being invited under Council’s 2013/2014 Community Grants Program. The aim of the Program is to financially assist community organisations in meeting the needs of their communities.
Applications will be assessed under the following categories:
- Community Grants – General
- Community Grants – Arts & Cultural Initiatives
- Community Grants – Youth Initiatives Grants
Potential applicants should contact Council to discuss the suitability of their proposed project prior to an application being submitted.
Scope of the 2013/2014 Program
As with previous years, it is anticipated that grants for successful applications will be in the order of about $200 up to a maximum of about $4,000.
Successful applications in the past include projects for:

However, all applications that meet the criteria in the guidelines will be considered under the Program.

Applications for funding under the 2013/2014 Community Grants Program will open on Wednesday 1st May, 2013 and close at 5pm on Friday 7 June 2013.
