The Shire has a number of industrial estates in our townships.
Yackandandah: Situated 30km south of the NSW-Victorian border at Albury-Wodonga. Yackandandah offers the ideal investment opportunity for a rural lifestyle with city living business opportunities. Tangambalanga: Situated 22km south west of the NSW-Victorian border at Albury-Wodonga.

Beechworth: There is currently no industrial land for sale in Beechworth, however there is potential for development if there is a need from industry.
Chiltern: There is currently no industrial land available in Chiltern. This is being addressed by our Planning Department.
