Join us for a lazy Saturday afternoon at St Leonards. Bring the family, enjoy fine wine, delicious food & great live music on the lush green grass for Music on the Murray from 12.30pm to 4pm. The Stetson Family bring a fresh twist to the timeless sound of bluegrass and high-lonesome country and folk with their home-made songs of snake-handlin’ preachers, shallow bush graves, love gone wrong and wandering down life’s crooked highways. The band is made up of Nad Budge, vocals/dobro, John Bartholomeusz, Guitar/vocals, Colin Swanny Swan, Banjo, Eck Carswell, Mandolin and ‘Cool Hand’ Luke Richardson on the bull fiddle. They’ve made a splash at many festivals over the last few years and have a brand spanking new album, The Devil in His Sunday Best which was dubbed “A landmark Australian roots album for 2011.” - Rhythms Magazine.
