Indigo Shire Planning Scheme Amendments can be found on the website of the Department of Planning and Community Development (DCPD) or at Council's Customer Service Centres at Beechworth, Yackandandah, Chiltern and Rutherglen.
In accordance with section 8A(3) of the Planning and Environment Act 1987, the Minister for Planning authorised the Indigo Shire Council as planning authority to prepare Amendment C53 to the Indigo Planning Scheme :
